Full marks for call quality. Even though my internet isn’t the fastest but still works absolutely fine. It’s not the perfect service, but we are more than satisfied with having it at our home. Definitely worth every penny.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND RIP OFF. I PLACED A ORDER AND CANCELLED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND SEND THEM THE THREAD OF EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE YOU CAN'T CALL AND TALK TO ANYONE , TO GET MY MONEY BACK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Axvoice' service degraded a lot over the past 6 months. The service would disconnect in the house, and inbound calls went straight to voice mail. Efforts to reach them were unsuccessful. Eventually we had to leave. That's when the 'free' equipment became an overpriced 39.99 fee. Return instructions received from them are nothing short of arrogant. They charge you immediately for the equipment when you cancel, require you to return the equipment at your expense, you must provide them a tracking number, and then you must track it and call them (impossible) to get your refund. Plus, they require the equipment, power cable and LAN cable. Otherwise they will withhold the refund - at their sole discretion. Ok we decided to go to another company, but Axvoice was non responsive, then very aggressive over the refund. Not a good way to end a relationship. Go somewhere else - these folks from Buffalo NY are angry, aggressive, not interest in addressing their service issues, then strike back at customers who move on. Companies that are this arrogant should be avoided.

The previous VoIP system that I was using cost me a lot of money for their toll-free numbers. The cost was running into hundreds of dollars a year and I wondered whether it was even worth it. I came upon Axvoice and thought I’d give it a go since it was super affordable. Honestly, I’ve cut down a lot on communications costs in recent months because their toll-free numbers are very affordable and easy to set up! Fully recommended!

I have been using AxVoice from over a year. Their service is quite good and I hardly need to get in touch with their Support team. They have put up everything on the site and there are no hidden tariffs. Yes, some of their policies are strange but they aren’t the only ones to practice them. About the voice quality and other VoIP features, they all are quite fine.

They do not even charge an activation fees! I use their residential international calling plan in order to stay in touch with my family members and friends that live abroad. Moreover, their website is also very helpful and I can easily find out information about their updates through it.
