My Axvoice began to drop calls. I could get it resolve by their email support, so I dropped their service and received another service. I was charged the $39.99 fees for the adapter. I returned it and haven't received my refund of the $39.99 dollars. It has been almost a month since they received their adapter. After I wrote this review, I contacted AXVoice and demanded my refund with little hope of getting it. Today I received notice from my bank that the $39.99 is being returned, a month late.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. When I first signed up with Axvoice, I followed the installation guide but my service wasn't working. I couldn't make or receive calls. The live chat on their website wasn't working so I emailed. Their support team only sends one email a day IF THAT. It took 7 days just to be able to make and receive calls. The catch was, it wasn't the phone number I'd registered for. When I sent yet another email to support asking for the number I registered for (or something with my same area code), they gave me some random phone number. When I tried to call it, it did not go to my phone. Some strange man answered and now he won't stop calling me. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund and no one is responding.

Returned original equipment in original box after about 9 years of service with the promise of a $39.97 refund. NEVER GOT THE REFUND after repeated attempts at trying to collect. This company is a risk to do business with and I do not ever recommend.

My service was out for 3 months and they did nothing Would not even give any type of refund, h but they are so very quick to charge you for their adapter with in hours of cancelling Bad, just Bad

I signed up with Axvoice thinking that my present service was stopping. That turned out to be a scam and was not stopping. I contacted Axvoice to cancel their service, explaining what had happened. They were very helpful and cancelled my service and refunded my payment. This is an honest company. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

TOOK THREE MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH BY EMAIL TO RECEIVE/SEND A PHONE CALL.ALL BEING CHARGED AS IF IT WAS WORKING.THEN WORKED OK THEN IT DIDNT.NOW SIX MONTHS LATER THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO LACK OF PAYMENT WHEN I HAVE PAID DIRECT WITH AMEX.ALL THIS TIME THEY SAY I MUST UPDATE MY INFO AND I BEING CHARGED BUT NO SERVICE AND NO REPONSE THAT MAKES ANY EFFORT TO ADDRESS THEIR FAULT

Avoid AxVoice—Unreliable Service & Zero Customer Support I regret signing up for AxVoice. Initially, everything seemed fine, but after just three months, my account was suspended due to an alleged "failure to pay"—even though I had already paid in full for an annual subscription. The call quality is inconsistent, with calls dropping after 15 minutes—making it unreliable for important conversations. There’s also a noticeable 10-second delay after dialing before the call even begins to ring. Their customer support is nonexistent. They advertise a live chat option, but it does not exist—you get redirected back to their website. The only way to contact them is through a webform, which they never respond to. Before signing up, check their BBB rating—they have a history of unresolved complaints and poor business practices. If you run into issues, don’t expect help. Once they have your payment, you're on your own. Would not recommend AxVoice to anyone looking for reliable VoIP service. Proceed with caution!

I AM 82 YEARS OLD. I signed up with AXVoice sometime in June 2024. It has been money, money, money and NEVER was able to receive ONE incoming call or make an outgoing call. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY NEW NUMBER I CHOSE, SHOWING AS ACTIVE. I GAVE THE NUMBER TO PEOPLE AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD HAD ANSWERED THE CALL SO THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL VOIP PHONES BUT NONE AS BAD. THEY DON'T TRY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS THEY JUST CANCEL YOUR PHONE AND KEEP BILLING YOU. I SUSPECT THEY OPERATE FROM SOME FOREIGN COUNTRY. USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. THEY ALL HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE PROBLEMS AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED OVER 25 YEARS. MY ADVICE IS TO RESEARCH ANY CONSIDERATION OF SERVICE BY A PROVIDER THAT HAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE YOU CAN DISCUSS YOUR PROBLEM WITH A PERSON, NOT A BOT OR HAVE TO WRITE YOUR PROBLEMS ON A SERVICE SUBMISSION PAGE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE SIMPLE PEOBLEMS THAT THEY CREATE. ZERO STARS, DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT HAS A PERSON TO COMMUNICATE WITH. I BELIEVE THAT IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE FCC IN THE USA. I AM SURE IT IS ALL MY FAULT BECAUSE OF MY AGE AND SPEAK ONLY AMERICAN ENGLISH, AND I HATE TO WRITE REVIEWS OF THIS TYPE.
