I was all about learning this program until I immediately got bombarded with emails from Patrick. I kept emailing him back asking for clarification on how his program was related with Tax Lien and that was like pulling teeth to get someone to answer me. Which made me feel like a red flag. Then I heard from United Tax Lien a Deborah again such a pushy person asking me details of my money and telling me I highly suggest I deposit my money in my bank BEFORE the scheduled call with them. I called her out on my feelings and they did NOT call me like THEY approved and scheduled. If you have 3 companies all working together I would highly suggest after someone purchases your Tax Lien program, to then send them a email stating you will be hearing from 2 others and then people would not feel like its a bait & switch. Communications in ANYTHING is key! The whole thing seemed shady because of how no communication that you all are in bed together with other companies. After being stood up with United Tax Lien and Deborah's tactics about my money I then requested my refund. Do I still believe in what your doing... Absolutely yes! But after all that I started researching what other companies do what you do and there are others! So maybe learn from this mistake! And please tell Patrick to stop emailing because it's daily and I am over that! Thanks for the response to make it look good. But your missing the whole point... offering other options or programs there is nothing wrong with that! But not letting people know WHO they are getting bombarded with emails from would be smart business, so people do not feel you sold their contact name out to OTHER companies. Not surprising you missed my point because I tried telling you all this while I was still wanting to do your program.

Y'all seem pretty efficient and VERY attentive to newbies. Everything was sent like you all said it'd be. But there's always 1 or 2 people following up after something is sent and to check on our progress and let us know where we can get answers to any questions. My only reason for not giving 5 Stars is due to the mixup. I had watched all the videos on the TAX FORECLOSURE OVERAGE and I wanted to sign up for it but I didn't have the $75 fee. I tried emailing you to waive it or suspend it till my first check but I never got a response. My brother loaned me the money for it and thought I had made it before the deadline and quickly signed up and paid the $75. I was a little suspicious when the name didn't sound right but I watched Jacobs video and I was pretty sure. Luckily I lost the intro email with my assigned username and password and I finally got a new one today but I also got the follow up texts and I was sure then I had signed up for the wrong one. I sent an email explaining this and requesting to either switch to the one I was trying to get into or refund my money so that I'm not out $75 I didn't have in the first place and is borrowed money. I have no experience, money, credit, or any interest in buying real estate.

MY VIEW The first bold step is to see myself as a Money Lender NOT a broker as I have began this journey. The starting lineup has given me great insight on which players you are to be familiar with when you want to be a successful money broker( Money Lender). I have also had the opportunity of choosing private funding to others because of the various merits. I however, didn't get the explanation or insight into the map showing the various colors depicting where one can explore when you want to start the money brokerage business but I hope to get the understanding as we go along.
