I have attended a few broker/buyer classes
I have attended a few broker/buyer video classes. Very well done. I get several emails about each class, some give better descriptions about the content of the lesson. I suggest you make all classes available for re-viewing. Thrilled with the module training.

Hey, thanks so much for your review & thoughtful feedback, Nancy! It seems possible you may be thinking of live sessions offered directly by Lee & team? All your training with The Capital Syndicate program are online videos you can binge like Netflix over & over if you want! ッ

Great information
Great information, Real people doing Awesome things. JP Moses and the Awesome gang really put forth their best efforts and time to help new up and coming investors get started with as little friction and headaches as possible. They are the TRUTH.

They make the training very easy and readable and understandable and they also dig into the paperwork that it would take to get the deal done as well as the mindset it takes to be a successful real estate investor thanks so much

No good communication
I thought this will be better but I tried to have a conversation with someone but after sending achat and several emails I still waiting for a response.
Response from Awesomely, LLC.Aug 23, 2023
Hi, Cecilia — sorry, I'm confused by your review here, was made Aug 17. It appears that starting Aug 11 you reach out to us a total 3 times, and each time we replied quickly & personally (within 1-hr via phone, under 24-hrs for email). We actually responded on Monday to the message you left on Sunday b/c we're open normal U.S. business hours M-F. Anyway, sorry for your frustration. Wishing you the best! 💙

The knowledge and support of everyone is fantastic. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Unless you don't ask. Learning is the most important thing for everyone on the team. So I was never alone. I had help with everything in the program

So far all great with REI
I think the REI program has been great and informative so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I have not implemented what I’ve learned so far. I am still in the process of the modules and look forward to my first transaction.
Response from Awesomely, LLC.Aug 17, 2023
Thanks for warmly reviewing what you've been through so far, Kristin! Eye on the ball... ⚾ッ
