Catherine, thank you for sharing that! We’re so glad you’re finding the training clear and easy to follow—that’s exactly what we aim for. Learning should feel doable and empowering, not overwhelming. Keep up the great work, and get ready…the next level is waiting for you!

Joshua Gavieres did a great job tolerating me. I am old and not familiar with technology. We had a problem with Coinbase that he was able to help me understand and fix. Joshua should be a 5 star employee. I rated Awesomely a 4 star because my experience with the British robot was terrible. He does not understand english very well and was no help.

David, a huge shoutout to Joshua—he’ll be thrilled to know his patience and persistence made a difference for you. That’s exactly what we REALLY DO want to bring: real people helping real people succeed, especially when tech feels like a maze. We hear you loud and clear on the “British robot” experience though, and that feedback matters. We’re always working to level things up so every part of the journey feels helpful, human, and supportive. Thanks for hanging in there with us—the best is still ahead.

The training has been very clear and is done at a pace where someone (like me) can actually get to participate in a pool in about 4 days. I was delayed in starting after paying and the team gave me 2 weeks grace so they have empathy as well! Great so far!

I wrote a critical review yesterday about what I considerd to be high pressure sales at the beginning when I didn’t know what’s what. Now that I have spent hours on the program, I am impressed by the amount of information that is condensed into the time. I had a basic, but important question regarding what happens to the mortgage. I got my answer promptly on a Sunday! Whatever criticism I had yesterday is tempered by a prompt, informative and comprehensive response. I feel that I have certainly gotten more value for the small amount that I paid, whether I use the information or not, I feel that I have a place to start if I want to put the effort into it.

The 3 gentlemen do a good job of explaining the various differences. I think that while talking about double digit interest rates, they don't also take into account the amount of time it can take to get that return, based on the redemption period. It can be months before one gets the original investment back plus the interest. That can limit how much one has to invest. Also, while I have just started listening to the videos, when are we told how to find when these auctions occur or how to get on a "bid" list. When a county posts a property tax sale,do they include redemption time, the interest rate, and any other pertinent factors?

Hey, Howard — welcome to Tax Yields! Thanks for your kind remarks, even as you've just started the videos! You're Q's are good, and they'll all start making sense as you stay with the training. Success accelerated!
