I ordered 3 bras and received 3 the wrong size!! I tried to contact them and got no replies. When and how do I return for free and get my $95.89??

I am very pleased with the quality of your tank tops. I have worn them, and they are very comfortable and supporting. I did, however order the wrong size, but your offer to exchange them for the correct size is much appreciated. I am looking forward to receiving the correct size. I will definitely order more of them from you. Your customer service is excellent, and far beyond what I have come to expect from internet companies. Great job! cheers! Sally Dwyer

I was really excited to receive my 3 bra tanks, in black, white and nude. I loved how silky soft the tank material was to the touch. They are very well made. However, the XL was too tight! I am 135 pounds, 5"3", with a 42 B/C bra size. I reached out to Margaret White and she responded very quickly. We determined that I should try a 3XL and she was going to send out replacements quickly. So size up when you order if you would like a little extra room. It was a pleasure working with this company.

Great customer service by Margaret who helped me and solved my issue with the correct size. Margaret was so kind and patient. I’ve learned that the tank sizes run small so it’s better to order a size larger. I like how it fits with the sewn in bra, very comfortable and soft. With many emails going back and forth with Margaret, she was outstanding! Please recognize Margaret with a special gold star!

I ordered 3 tops in a medium which is typically the size I take with this style of top. Unfortunately they were all too small. I contacted the customer service department and Margaret got back to me within a couple of hours. She advised me that she would have the replacements shipped out to me right away. She was awesome to deal with!

Received my pack of 3 only to find they were too small. Contacted the company and they immediately told me they were sending replacements in the correct size with no charge. Could not ask for better customer service. Email answered promptly and they just made the process as easy as it could be. They also told me to keep the smaller items for a friend. I certainly recommend them.
