Defective products not covered
I ordered 2 comfort tank bra tops. I did this in March and unfortunately I waited until the summer to wear them. So, the 45-day warranty had passed. I had tried it on quickly and it fit However, within an hour of wearing it I felt something rubbing under my armpit. Both underarms were unraveling. I immediately contacted Avulea and told them when I bought them and what the problem was. I quickly got a response from Margaret (sounds like all reps call themselves Margaret per feedback!). She requested photos. I promptly sent them. Then she asked me what size and color replacement I’d like. I responded to this second request. Then , her third request was she requested email and order #. I had to go back in my files to get this. Then, after I complied with all her requests, I was told the warranty period had lapsed. Why put me through all those hoops? I had said from the get go when I purchased the tops. I am upset because, yes, the warranty period expired BUT the product was obviously defective. Lesson learned - buy from a known company that backs up products.
