Company is not reputable. Fiber content of garment is not as advertised (poor quality) and the sizing chart escapes reality. After waiting 9 business days, credit has not been issued on returned merchandise. Garment was purchased by Joanne Brown.

I was charged for this tank on June 4. I returned it over a month ago (June 17th) and have not received my refund as of today, August 4th. The quality of the tank was not what I expected and the fit not what I expected either (very cheap, as other customers have commented.) I am more upset with the very poor (and likely AI) customer service (from "Margaret White, is she even real, probably not) and the lack of honesty about how and when I will get my money back very dissatisfied. Avoid this if you can help it. Ps. Update on August 18. My refund has been completed but only after I was very persistent pressing on them and after I wrote the above review.

My size that I ordered, (I would recommend ordering one size up), was too small and customer service was very quick & quite generous with their reply. Very unusual in this world to deal with such lovely people.

Margret White was wonderful and knowledgeable. She answered my email promptly and graciously provided the information I needed. This is the best customer service experience I have ever had.

I had to exchange one size of Avulea bra tank tops for another. I emailed the company and got a response within 24 hours saying they would take care of it. Et voila! Taken care of. Stellar customer service, and I LOVE the product. It looks and performs exactly as they say it will.

I was excited to receive this shipment. I ordered three tank tops with the bra sewn in. They were a little tight so I asked Avulea if I could exchange them. They responded the same day asking which size I would like and had them shipped the same day. That's customer service! I recommend doing business with this company. Karen Chaffee
