I ordered a size that was too small. You made the process of getting the next size large so easy. No return necessary. Just wait for the new ones to show up. Excellent customer service. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. Wonderful experience. Kudos!

I recieved my order and, as the other reviews state, the size large was so small I could hardly get it over my head. I sent the company TWO emails about returning this item, and no response. I just attached a copy of both of my emails into the "contact us" box on their website. But not looking like this is going to go anywhere. I was hoping to try this item in an extra large. But since I've gotten no response and the size L is more like an extra small, and since I bought THREE of them, this purchase is going to be a 100% loss if they do not respond. I've just about given up hope.

I was VERY pleased with this company. They responded promptly to my needs and went over and above my request! A+++

The items I purchased did not fit properly and I requested a return. This wonderful company wrote back immediately and told me I could keep the items that didn't fit and they would send ones in a different size. AMAZING. I

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of an item. MY mistake. They were gracious in sending the correct size. Delivery was a bit (not too) slow but they didn’t use fascism-leaning delivery service. Can’t say enough good about their customer service. And a fine product too.

The fabric of these tank tops is wonderful and it looks great on the model. However the sizing is no where near reality. I normal wear a plus size 0 or 1X in my tops at stores like Talbots. However I looked at the sizing chart on the Avulea web site, measured myself, and ordered a 4X. I could not get it on properly either over my head or stepping into it, it was so tight. When I got it pulled up as far as possible and then put the straps on, they were so painful, the way they dug into my shoulders as the fit was so tight. I am returning it and wanted to warn others of the sizing that is ridiculous.

When I was trying to explain the reason I wanted to return the products, the rep on this case was listening and understanding the issues I have and made a suggestion for me to try another size. The rep was caring, helpful and very professional, I am happy with the service provided.

I ordered the wrong size(probably my fault for not reading description properly) so I was a bit disappointed when they were too tight. I wasn't sure what to do since I never ordered from them before so I emailed the address on the site and received a response in a timely manner and they told me to keep the ones I received and they will send me the proper size at no extra charge,LOVE IT! They made it simple and I can't wait, they are nice tops(not cotton) but a newer type of silky ish material which feels good. I will definitely order again from them.
