Fantastic customer service! Quality service and product!

After trying on this product and not liking it for several reasons, I wrote an email to their customer service support address to request a full refund and return instructions. I am now sending my 4th request for a full refund as their customer service representative keeps trying to get me to either exchange or keep the product for a partial refund rather than provide the instructions for the return so I can get a full refund. I find this completely maddening as I have made it quite clear I don’t want their bra. It was too small, I don’t like the feel of the fabric and the fabric is not environmentally friendly. So I don’t want a replacement or a partial refund, I want a full refund as offered in their original advertisement. This company will stall repeatedly trying to avoid sending you back the refund price. I will never order from this company again and suggest caution when ordering from them.

I received my order in my regular size, and it was much too small. I contacted Avulea Support right away, and they got back to me the next morning, saying they would send me the larger size. I GREATLY appreciate the super fast customer service and assistance!

FINALLY!!!! Over the past year I have tried out several bra styles and tanks with built in bras and hated them all. Then the ad for Avulea came up on my phone. I was impressed by them helping me find my size, so I went ahead and took advantage of their buy 3 get 2 free offer. I LOVE THEM! I almost forgot I was wearing one it was so comfortable. I had a small problem with one of the tanks, notified them and they are sending a new one out to me! Thank you Avulea...you are the best! Oh...based on my great experience, I have a friend that is going to place an order too.

What a great experience. Margaret at Avulea is the best. She was able to help me with the right size after I received a size that didn’t fit. Wonderful customer service. Will buy again there.
