Not happy with the sizing or length. They quickly were willing to send out another size

I’m really happy to have both support and comfort - a revelation! Also, I had to change sizes and my experience with the support team was super positive.

Since the ones I ordered didn’t fit…they were too snug, I thought I would be able to exchange them. But I was told to keep what I had received and would be sent one in the size I felt would fit better. However, I have yet to receive the larger size. Will I be receiving it?

I really question Trust Pilot here, which is sad. How could 12% 1 star and 2% 2 star reviews actually come out as a 4.5 total?? Especially when the complaints are about return issues and poor quality product? These numbers are off.

Original size didn’t fit. They replaced it with a different size.

This is the most comfortable undergarment I have ever worn. So soft, holds and conceals the breasts perfectly. Im over 65 and may never wear a regular bra again! I ordered 2XL and it was too small, customer service made the exchange effortless. If your not sure about your size, I recommend choosing one size larger.

This tank top feels like wrapping myself in saran wrap, and then it rolled up during the few hours I tried it. I then wanted to return it and was pleaded with to simply try another size in exchange and forget a refund. Repeatedly. I did get prompt responses but they became like a broken record with no options for return. I was told I would have to pay shipping because there was nothing "wrong" with the product. I think being wrapped in plastic is wrong but even though I am willing to pay shipping to get rid of these unwanted pieces, I have yet to receive an informational email about how!
