I have had the pleasure of receiving great service from Avoxi. there have been one or two occasions where I have had issues with the turn around times on the service requests. this however was resolved with their management team. I would like for them to keep up the great work in terms of the turnaround times as well as keep up the communications between all parties involved in service requests. I feel this is a must and every client should be treated the same no matter how big or small their account is. I feel that Avoxi has the ability to do so. Avoxi has a great service team and has assisted me where I have needed, please keep this up for all the clients.

There are certain things that can be improved and we're working with our account manager to make this happen. Overall it's a good carrier, outstanding numbers and countries availability compared to other carriers that we use.
