Implementation was great! We are a small company, and we do not have a phone system in our office. There are lots of options for configuration. I had a call flow with an option that did not seem doable based on the selections I was given on the website. I worked with someone who (behind the scenes) was able to make it do what I needed to do. Now that's customer service! I highly recommend this solution!

Unlike some providers who often just brushed off "silly" questions and not bother to address each question or query raised.
