Had I ordered these items through…return shipping is at your own expense
Had I ordered these items through Amazon I would have had free return shipping for any returned items. Because I made the sale directly on your site you charged me for return shipping. Because of this I refused unopened the second order that I had made. In addition I will not order from you again. In today's world to be competitive you need to cover shipping both ways.

Dear Customer, 1. We did not charge you for return shipping. 2. You placed two orders by mistake, when you contacted us to cancel one of them, both orders were nearly delivered. So we have to provide you with solution to refuse the package, we think it would be the best solution for both of us, because there will no cost to refuse the package. I have sent multiple emails to the email address for a return they tell you to send it to without a reply. The garment looked nothing like what I ordered and was of low quality. I will never buy from here again.

Insufficient communication
I ordered three items, priority shipping. Did not receive any correspondence regarding one of them being out of stock until I sent an inquiry. More than 24 hours later I received a response asking if I would like it in another color. I agreed to red or black if available. Because the colors were out of stock, I received a full refund for it.

I’m editing my review because my initial review was for the wrong product. This Outfit that I bought is amazing! It fits beautifully, my husband couldn’t keep his hands off of me, and I absolutely cannot wait to wear it at my party.
