I spent $95 on three items. -- They were never delivered. Avidlove blamed the 3rd party shipping company & refused to do anything about. -- Terrible customer service. They got their $95 ...my GF & I got nothing. -- That's stealing. 619 743-0796 -- If you want to make it right.

I bought a corset for my girlfriend in July and it looked beautiful, however the first time she wore it, on her birthday in September, it split in 2 places. I emailed Avidlove a number of times and eventually they got back to me and provided the choice of a free replacement or a full refund. Whilst they were very slow responding, they got there in the end.

My first order arrived on time and is soft and comfortable as advertised. It did arrive incomplete. 3 attempts to resolve (receive the missing suspender strap) have gone unanswered unfortunately. I’d be a return customer with 5 star recommendation otherwise.

I've ordered something at the 20.08 but haven't received it yet. I've received a response that it'll take another 3 - 5 days when I asked after two weeks. But I haven't received any response since then even through I've written twice again. I still want to receive the product, but don't know what to do other then requesting a chargeback.

I ordered some items 8 days ago and paid for expedited shipping. I have not heard from them. My order is still unfulfilled and I don't see how I'll receive it on time.
