Arrived on time but incomplete
My first order arrived on time and is soft and comfortable as advertised. It did arrive incomplete. 3 attempts to resolve (receive the missing suspender strap) have gone unanswered unfortunately. I’d be a return customer with 5 star recommendation otherwise.

So far I have only received the 1st…
So far I have only received the 1st package of 2 packages from my order, I am extremely disappointed and would like others to know you use automated replies to inquiries about orders and parcels. My tracking states my package has been in Linden NJ, since Aug 8th and has to moved since then, that 9 days ago n still nothing but cheesy automated replies

Paid extra to ship and still was very late
I paid for expedited shipping with a projected delivery date of the week of 19DEC24, but did not receive my order until many days after Christmas. Why offer a service, accept money, and make bogus promises if you have no intention of honoring what you offer. The company offered to repay me what I think was about the cost of what the expediated shipping was. I honestly did not verify the amounts. Regardless of the cost the item was promised a week before Christmas and was delivered almost two weeks after. There is no way to fix disappointment on a significant day. I will say that my Wife does like the items and they do fit her well. The quality of the items seem to be pretty good.

The final item on my order was shipped via UPS and supposedly delivered by USPS but it never arrived.

Frustrating
I do not understand why people think it’s okay to have the XL and XXL with no room for boobs. Everything else is fine, but I cannot get My boobs in there.
