Received wrong item and still waiting
I recently ordered a beautiful lingerie set for a special occasion with my husband, and when it arrived, it was an entirely different item than I ordered. While the customer service representative responded promptly to this issue, it’s been several weeks, and I still don’t have the proper item. This is really disappointing! UPDATE: I received the correct item 2 days after I posted this review. I’ve added another star to my evaluation.
