I am a recent VIP here and probably because I have lost over 10k here. I have a degree in algorithms and statistics so I assure you that the site is very fishy and it’s not at all fair. Due to my diligence and actually recording my play and running legitimate algorithms I have found that when I score over 1550 in games under 33 dollars it plays relatively fair but as I said I am down over 10 grand and the games between 123 and 166 dollars I have learned that the statistics that I have show I am top 3 at an 81% clip however I finish in the top 2 pay spots rarely. Trick shots are very important when calculating score after you pocket 3 balls you are offered 3 bonus possibilities with trick shots being one of those and you need these but in higher level games I can have 5 or more and never get that option and based on my skill and algorithms I ran I had the highest probable score based on what I was given to choose from and I finished 4th or worse at an incredible 63% of my games played. There is no way possible I should be down this much in fact algorithms I have run show me at a very nice profit. This same scam they are running was also used on some online poker sites that have since shut down and had to pay settlements to the players well I started that fiasco and I will be doing the same here as I already have already began my quest. I have reached out to my host and also support but never get a response I have also tried closing the account but they have like a 15 day wait period. It’s very addictive and this too is troubling trust me they will be stopped soon I am an advocate for this social networking taking advantage of children, seniors, and people with mental illness and addiction issues. For the love of your self your family and God stay away from these games

Fraudulent activity from them. Refused refunds received over 50 emails trying to put me off perusing. Scam, robbing scum

Skill matching for 1v1 is ridiculous! I’ve played players a lot higher n a lot lower n it makes no difference. The lower ranked players seems to have the game on its side with the most incredible luck. Perfect lineups no matter how the shot is played n bashing the ball around seems to win a lot!! N to play an almost perfect game only to be beaten “luck” is very frustrating. The better u play the more likely u will lose coz the opponent will take advantage of yr skill n with their “ luck” the game is already over before u start. Sometimes feels like bots I’m playing. And the cue ball is a joke. I lost 7 1 v1 matches coz the cue ball elder stay on the table no matter how hard I tried to play it so that it didn’t! N what’s with the entry processes??? $12 to win $20 which only $8of it is a win???

I've had no problems with avia games..ive made several withdrawals over the last few months and the only issue I have is waiting to receive it, the longest ive waited is 7 hours but apart from that I really enjoy playing the games

Their whole setup is a scam. It's all rigged so they can take people's money. The games are designed so that you score low then their computer selects ("generates") a score that becomes the winner. It even says in their T&C that their computer uses a player's past score (meaning any score) in the match. If that scores wins then the company keeps the money. Would you really trust a company to be fair? In one outcome they earn money or they lose money in the other. Which do you think they're going to choose? They should have made it where only the players win the money and they just collect commission from each match like they're already doing. Their greed for money is what has them in a lawsuit now for using bots. A computer selecting what score to use is a bot, Aviagames! They're going to respond with lies about they're honest & all is fair but you expect them to tell the truth about their scheme? They'll probably try getting this deleted to cover their ways so screenshot it, share it, and repost it. Expose them and their ways. Stop them from stealing more innocent people's money. All they have to do to be fair is remove themselves from games and let only the player's collect the winnings but they won't.

I deposited to play the game and the game shut down refused to load when I contacted customer support about the 15.oo match I paid to play that I didn't even start a score time move a card nothing and they literally stole the money didn't return it didn't care that I didn't even legitimately end or play the match because their system glitch we d and they refused to repair and make it right with me the worst customer service worse gaming experience ever

After 3 weeks of trying to get a payout from their Solitaire game, I gave up and deleted. I can't even find the game in the app store because there's so many clones but if there was I would leave one star or less. They were confusing and demonstrated unprofessionalism and handling my problem, and kept telling me that I was under a different name even though I play another of their games and gotten payouts under the same information. They are just liars and thieves.
