Customer service with this game is absolutley terrible. They take out money to play immediatley while making us wait days for payout. My case is somewhat complicated but I am getting no help with my case and all I am trying to do is cash out my winnings in a timely mannor. I shouldn’t have to wait days for money earned

This site is a scam! I never ordered anything from this site, yet an unexpected charge showed up on my credit card statement. Be aware!!!

*** AVIA ARE SCAMMERS *** Played this game after seeing advert for mahjong. Sounded good. Managed to maje very small wins and ended up with enough to withdraw £8. Then further wins i withdrew £10. Not bad until i noticed 2 charges on my bank account, one for £8 and one for £10. I never maje game deposits ever. I dont believe in investing a penny. I reached out to customer support and produced evidence. All i got was an explanation what the difference is between deposit and withdrawal. Not once did they investigate. So in short i was charged £18 instead of being paid. No matter what evidence i produce and it is damning accurate evidence they refuse to accept facts. *** AVOID THESE SCAMMERS *** They will steal from your account even if you dont give them detaiks.

Sad. They suddenly asked me a lot for my money before the games. The money went straight through Apple wallet. I had to connect my account to ask to cancel the money. The bank talked to Avis to tell them what I thought. Hopefully they helped the Avia is a fraud! Shocking!

In total I have suffered over £8000 in losses, at the time of creating an account I was alcohol dependent and suffering badly with mixed depression and anxiety which resulted in myself going to rehab and a mental health hospital, I was incapable of understanding the terms of service at the time and thought I was playing against live players but that is not the case, upon reading more about the company its apparent the games are rigged with documents shown in court that bots are used, read up on Pandolfi case in the US district court of Northern California case no 5:23-cv-05971. Anyway I explained my situation and they were uninterested whatsoever and even offered a £50 goodwill gesture which at first I declined because I said that would be feeding my habit and I’d be hooked again, so that is exactly what happened and I was able to make another 2 accounts incurring more losses which totalled in the end to over £8000. Do yourselves a favour and stay well away from this company and if you want to play games I would check out that the companies you would use are governed and registered with IBAS and also the gambling commission, so if there is ever a problem you have those companies to fight your corner, as they are getting away with what they are doing, and not giving a monkeys about the people who have suffered due to losses if it does come out in court it is all rigged with shark robots etc, feel free to do your own homework. I was very fair and transparent in contacting them not expecting all my losses back if I lost to a live person, but did ask if it was against a computer score already saved I’d like that looked into and refunded, but totally disregarded as I probably never stood a chance against a computer. In terms of this review I am looking at creating a Facebook group, Reddit group, etc for people in the UK within the next month to personally share all my communication with Avia games, including gameplays, deposits, emails sent, etc,. and they can do the same also and know they are not alone in this farce of a company. Look out for the Facebook group Amanda Ja vs, which will be up and running within the month documenting all correspondence and you can make your own mind up. If you feel you have suffered and not gotten anywhere with this company ask for a SAR with all information held about you and they have 1 calendar month to provide that information. And if I do hear from you going forward hopefully we can all stand together in the Uk and take action.

Avia games has used bots to beat me out over 10,000 or more I am scoring in the 1700s or higher and sometimes and they are putting me in second place where the bot is only bot by one or two points avia games are theirs and i will be taking legal action my name is wizard waldo and you’ve been hustling me out of my money by using computers when I’ve been having scores in the 17 even 1800s when I get beat barely there is never anyone from America. I need you to return my monies, totalling £85.96p I was playing the Mahjong game, not knowing you were taking monies out of my account Every time I played, I honestly thought I was winning a few quid, but, unfortunately I was losing quite a lot, so, if you would excuse my ignorance about this matter, as I’m an 80 year old man, who was playing a game, not knowing it was costing me all this money. I am a recent VIP here and probably because I have lost over 10k here. I have a degree in algorithms and statistics so I assure you that the site is very fishy and it’s not at all fair. Due to my diligence and actually recording my play and running legitimate algorithms I have found that when I score over 1550 in games under 33 dollars it plays relatively fair but as I said I am down over 10 grand and the games between 123 and 166 dollars I have learned that the statistics that I have show I am top 3 at an 81% clip however I finish in the top 2 pay spots rarely. Trick shots are very important when calculating score after you pocket 3 balls you are offered 3 bonus possibilities with trick shots being one of those and you need these but in higher level games I can have 5 or more and never get that option and based on my skill and algorithms I ran I had the highest probable score based on what I was given to choose from and I finished 4th or worse at an incredible 63% of my games played. There is no way possible I should be down this much in fact algorithms I have run show me at a very nice profit. This same scam they are running was also used on some online poker sites that have since shut down and had to pay settlements to the players well I started that fiasco and I will be doing the same here as I already have already began my quest. I have reached out to my host and also support but never get a response I have also tried closing the account but they have like a 15 day wait period. It’s very addictive and this too is troubling trust me they will be stopped soon I am an advocate for this social networking taking advantage of children, seniors, and people with mental illness and addiction issues.
