It sounds like you may be allergic to an ingredient in one of our products. Please know that all of our products contain all-natural ingredients and no harsh ingredients or chemicals. Also, we apologize for the inconvenience with the pumps. Please know that our team is aware of this issue and are working diligently to come up with a resolution for this. We have many users who have found that for the Dew to run the sprayer under hot water. This helps clear the sprayer, and the spray should spray perfectly. As for the Elixir, we recommend adding 1-2 drops of distilled water to help restore it to its natural creaminess, which can thicken over time as it's a clay-based product. For our products, we use the highest grade of cosmetic ingredients available to us. We source organic/wildcrafted ingredients from all over the world that specialize and deliver the most luxurious of ingredients and with the highest amount of nutrients for that plant from that particular location. We also are meticulous in how our ingredients are extracted and avoid ingredients that are chemically extracted despite being plant-based. We stand behind our products 110%, and we wish our products could be the cure for everyone, but we cannot guarantee results because there are certain factors such as hormones, diet, stress, etc. that can affect the results you see. When starting new skincare that contains active ingredients, the skin takes time to adjust. Active ingredients help speed up skin cell turnover and can bring any breakouts that have already formed under the skin to the surface. During this purging phase, skin can experience more breakouts before it clears, so a sample size of the products would not be enough time spent with the products to see how they can benefit the skin. Everyone's skin is different. Some users see results in a few weeks, while others need a few months, it depends on your unique skin and contributing factors such as hormones, stress, diet, medication, etc. Our products are dermatologist tested and approved, and were created with sensitive skin in mind.
