Received product as described and timely shipping

The product itself is wonderful and works so well that’s why I keep coming back! I was a little surprised when there was a missed charge for shipping or customs and I was asked to leave another payment before my product was sent to me. It was not me who missed that, it was the company. I felt that maybe could have been covered on their end instead of mine as it was not my error and I’m a loyal customer, but still, not the end of the world. Someone had to pay it.

Great products that really work! I've struggled with acne all the way into my 30s and 40s and now my face is consistently clear. These products have really helped give me my confidence back.

First, I do think the quality of the products are good. They felt very luxurious. Plus, the company is local to me, so I was all over wanting to support a local company. Unfortunately, I used it consistently for well over 6 months and my breakouts did not improve at all - they got worse, even past the “purge” point, and even when coupled with a healthy diet and exercise regimen. I just could not justify the expense when I was not seeing improvement.

I love these products! I've struggled with hormonal acne around my moon cycle for years, especially on my jaw line. Even after making dietary changes, I still struggled with it. Averr Aglow products not only cleared my skin within days and weeks, but reduced redness around my nose & much of the discoloration under my eyes. 5/5 would recommend!

I am a long time user of the brand and love their products, they have changed my skin. I’m just so disappointed and dissatisfied with their recent launch of serum boosters. They are super effective, but ridiculously priced. They are half the size of regular serums, and have terrible packaging and consistency, causing a loss of product and efficiency. I respect this brand a lot, but this move might tip me over the edge. I already pay an astronomical amount of money per month, and willing to do so for effective products, but this just shows a complete lack of dedication to affordable products. I’m so disappointed. Do better or I’m gone P.S. I tried to write a review on their website months ago about this, praising the effectiveness, but asking for change in formulation and packaging, but never posted. Don’t lose the trust of your most loyal customers, there are other brands out there.

I spent a lot of time & money waiting on these products to work thinking it was just my stress & hormones working against me and the products, still believing that I was using natural & nourishing products and ingredients on my skin when in reality I was slathering oils on my face thus clogging my pores more and creating worse acne issues than when I started. I feel foolish to have wasted so much time & money just to slather my face in oil & acne! No doubt that the products are not natural & nourishing (for other skin types maybe) but I'm sticking to Cetaphil and clean & clear!

This company never fails to make my day when ever I order, receive or use any of the products! It really saved my skin when it was at its worst, and I don’t think I will ever go back! The shipping is wonderful and I usually receive my items within a week, and almost always have a discount code to use! Love love love y’all’s products and service!!
