I ordered 3 for my girls August 2 and have done everything else that others wrote in their reviews. A legitimate company would not respond that the order will be shortly on the way and you never receive shipping status. I understand backorders or shipping delays, but communication is appreciated. Eventually, bad things come back to those that give it, but I'd like to believe the chairs will miraculously show up or we can receive our money back!

My mom placed an order for a canopy swing on 7/29/2020 and she never received it! But they were quick to take her money! Now we can’t get through to them as the website is shut down and they don’t answer the numerous emails that we sent to them. This is obviously a scam website! And why is their email a UK email address?? This fake company needs to be investigated so that proper measures can be taken. And everyone should get their refund!! These people are CRIMINALS! And a bunch of douches!

I purchased an egg swing chair on 8/4/2020 through E Shop Avenues and I have not received it either! I have been sending emails but I don’t get a response. Now I see that the site has been shut down!!!! I made this purchase with my Wells Fargo bank card. I am going to call my bank and put a claim in to get my money back.... The claim process takes about 10 days and if the company does not make contact with the bank, my funds will be returned. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GET PLAYED OUT OF ANY MONEY..... I ordered a bench for my patio on August 1st and it is now September 9th 2020 and they haven't shipped anything yet. I gave them the money and they took it. I sent them numerous emails asking what is going on and they never responded. The website seems to be shut down. Do not order from these people. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I have used Avenue for years without any issues. Last Spring, I ordered clothing and 3 of the items were too large. I immediately reordered in a smaller size and got the return label to return the others. They received my returned items during the 3rd week in June and I am yet to receive my refund. I have been calling and emailing since July and always being told the same thing, that they are looking into it and I will get my refund soon. It is now September and I just got off the phone only to hear the same thing as I've been hearing for months.
