I called because my email from Lanebryant showed my package was delivered and it was not delivered, for some reason my order was split into to deliveries, I have not received any of my deliveries and the representative was very uneducated to assist me, where i was very frustrated. Thank you.

Avenue has been my go to shopping spot for years. The customer service via in person or phone is excellent. A few people I know say the prices are too much, however I disagree. I have done comparison shopping and for excellent customer and great product Avenue is the best. I truly appreciate the sales and the wonderful shopping experience.

The Avenue has wonderful Clothes for plus size folks. They’re trendy, cute and stylish! I was hesitant to purchase cuz all size 2x are not created equal, but my local Happy Returns Center took care of My returns for free! I will not buy if I have to pay shipping, or return fees…. Just a thing I have…😎
