I've been shopping Avenue since 1993! - It's 30 years! From size 16 to 22. And I like the service - first of all, that a person answers the phone and takes good care of my problem, if any. It's easy to shop and return a thing or two sometimes. Recently, I had to return because of a thing that did not fit me, and an agent helped me with Happy Returns.

Made the maxi dress not so long 48 to 50 inches no longer than that.

The blouse was damaged ( the zipper did work) so I call customer service and spoke to Jennifer. She was the nicest, knowledgeable and must accommodating young lady I ever spoke to. I was able to return the garment with out any headache. Thank you so much Avenue for hiring great staff!

Emailed coupons never work and require me to phone Customer Service. I finally grew tired of this and ceased ordering as much from Avenue and CityChic.

I was sent the wrong size on my order, I was told the correct size will be sent, I did not receive it, but my account was credited. I wish I had received the correct size though.

The last 3 blouses I purchased at my same size that I have bought for the last 3 times was too small. Not because of me,bcause something changed at the Avenue, this is not GOOD or Fair. I was told they couldnt do anything about it. The material is also different than what is explained. It needs to show a very close up view of the actual shirt.

I love your clothes but sometimes i have to make a return. Your happy return is so easy and quick. Hassle free.
