The fit and prices are great

Let's start at the beginning. I received my order very quickly, which I appreciated. Now to the problem. As I began to unpack my items (several pairs of pajamas), I noticed that one pair was missing the bottoms. I was very confused because there was no damage to the packaging. I reached out to Avenue via their chat feature on the website. The associate, I believe his name was Anthony was helpful to a point. He really couldn't do anything except bump it up to another department. This all happened on a Saturday evening. On Monday afternoon I received an email from Anthony explaining that they were going to send me another pajama set and that they were sorry for the situation. I really appreciated the follow-up from him and the fact that he reached out again in a few days to see if the new order had arrived and was correct. Thank you for training your representatives so well.
