I believe this is the best all-around…
I believe this is the best all-around lifting shoe for all three lifts, and here is why…. Bench press: while benching, you can lock in your feet for an effective leg drive using these shoes. Your feet are anchored to the floor with the grip technology. The grip is solid and trust me, you are not going anywhere. Squats: I usually wear barefoot shoes while squatting. I feel like when squatting with these shoes vs. other barefoot shoes, it’s more support. They allow you to hit depth while maintaining the support that sneakers or squat shoes provide. I felt less pressure on my knees and could dig deeper into the hole. Deadlifts: I feel like this shoe stands out when you are deadlifting. For conventional pullers, you get a more secure feeling than the traditional deadlifting slippers. I could wedge in and pull, and the sense of possibly losing my footing was nonexistent. For sumo lifters, these shoes are hands down the best. The sides of these shoes are so stable, and when pulling sumo, you instantly feel the support for the side walls. I feel like this shoe is a cheat code when pulling sumo. Price: These shoes are only $100! Worth the money!
