This is the goto shoes for all three lifts. Incredibly comfortable and you’ll break your ankles before slipping in these.

Shoes do fit slightly larger than anticipated but lacing system allows them to be tightened to a comfortable fit. Grip is so much better than many competitors. Customer service is very fast in responding to any issues.

I bought the V1.5, and I absolutely love them. They're excellent for squats, bench, and deadlifts. The shoes do run a little big; if you have narrow feet, I suggest ordering a size down. Overall, a great shoe, much better than any slipper on the market. Very secure, and you feel locked in.

Absolutely phenomenal product! I have tried multiple versions of a “minimal” lifting shoe for deadlifts etc. This shoe has the versatility of slipper but security of a sneaker with its laces in the design. The sizing and fit are perfect. I have a wide foot that has smothered the outside edge of previous shoes and felt an unbelievable sense of comfort and response from my first use!

The grip is Insane !!!!! I used to wear notorious lifts but the grip has NOTHING on Avancas. These are my favorite training shoes thus far. I’m shocked and I’m hooked, I need to go grab what’s left in stock ! The original white / gold will always have my heart BUT I truly prefer the grip on the newer version. They’re true to size so get whatever you would normally get for training. I think the price is fair but I used code “Jamal” for some extra money off. I love these shoes and I highly recommend.
