When exchanging my shoes, it took way too long for my shoes to arrive and was only shipped aftert reaching out. If I never reached out, my shoes would have never been delivered.

Sizing runs small.

I have order with DHL but you send it with USPS and my order since 1/12/2024 and till today I did not receive my order and it’s still not arrived my contrary this very bad experience for me with my old order was delivered with one week but this time your service is very bad.

Customer service rep was dismissive of my concerns with quality control. Without being able to try and see the exact item you are receiving in person, the risk of receiving a defective product should not be on the customer.

Good shoe, horrible customer service. First off, the shoe is good, so you’re probably wondering why am I writing this review? - the site is janky as hell, doesn’t auto switch to the default sizing metric of your country. - upon checkout a different sizing metric is used so you have to double check it’s the correct one. - their sizing recommendations are “true to size” when this is simply not true. I’m a size 10 for everything else with a 0.5 variance up or down, but when the shoes arrived and I tried them on, they fit like clown shoes. They refused to provide an exchange or return because it’s an international order and offered $45 off my next purchase instead :| The product is good, too bad I won’t get to use it due to how crap their company is ran. UPDATE: they offered 20% off my next purchase when I reached out by email and after seeing this review they decided to slap on ✨FREE SHIPPING✨ with the initial $45 discount via IG DMs. I was going to accept it and alter this review upon receiving shoes I can actually wear since it’s a new business and I can empathise somewhat on the shaky service. But after agreeing to it their response was not to just provide me with the discount but to let me know how “disappointed” they are about my review comparing them to a 17 year old dropshipper and filing a chargeback on PayPal. I agree with them, a dropshipper would have just processed a refund, I’ll change the title so people know their service is even worse than what a 17 year old dropshipper can provide. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.

It’s a scam. Don’t purchase anything from this website. Lost 140€.

I ordered a size that did not fit. I unfortunately missed my return window by exactly 1 day and they said, “there was nothing they could do.” That’s a flat out lie. I’ve worked as a software developer supporting various business functions, including customer service/support/experience for about a decade and I know there is *always* something that can be done. Especially for a new customer. Obviously the company doesn’t care about the customer, only your money. The shoe quality seemed remarkably mediocre. Sort of an ugly design, obviously knew that when buying it, but still better than some other powerlifting shoes out there. Its definitely clunky in person. I’m stuck with a pair of shoes too small. I will never support this awful brand again.

Terrible shoe. Doesn’t fit to size despite the sites recommendation. Customer support was not helpful, and when the shoe doesn’t fit, because of the recommendations given, you are expected to pay for the return. Terrible experience. I lost money because of the website’s recommendations.
