Recieved a set of lights as a gift and fogs weren’t working correctly, they responded quickly and helped me the best they could.

The headlights I purchased came with the plug mounted on the side, and these did not fit my headlight assembly. I emailed their customer support and within 12 hours got a response. Not only did they recommend another headlight (F22) which fits my car, They offered them to me for $30 Considering my issue; AND They let me keep the ones I originally bought. Absolute top-tier customer service

I had ordered for turn signals.... I received tge delivery within 8 days..... Their service is super fast and efficient.... Whenever i had a query i just used to send them an email..... They reply to the emails within the same day and try to resolve all the issues and at the same time they will clear all your doubts..... 100% satisfied.... The customer service was flawless I got the wrong size light and they made it a smooth process to get me changed out for the right set.

Bought a 5D pro series light bar, lost my amazon account & they said they can't warranty their work without a order number, lost my old email & can't get back in. Now the light bar has condensation build up which affect the light output. Spend an Xx amount of money & they can't warranty their light bars.
