Autozone has done absolutely nothing for their employee's during Covid-19 outbreak. Autozone employee's are among the frontline workers and are not being supplied with protective masks or offered any hazard pay or incentives to put their health at risk everyday. Autozone should be ashamed of their lack of concern for their underpaid and neglected employee's. Not a safe environment for the workers or customers. Shame on you Autozone!

Autozone sucks. I worked for them for 11 years. The new district manager did not like me. Pretty sure it was because I was not the same race as him. Because that seems to be the only race he hired other than skinny women. I worked as assistant manager. And store manager. And finally commercial manager. I did my job every day without complaining. The old district manager made me some promises about certain hours and certain days off. When the new district manager came on he said maybe you should have gotten them in writing. Even though they were approved through the regional manager. I loved working for autozone until Danny Garcia became district manager. Then he made my life so hard I ended up hating my job. I would not recommend working for this man unless you are the same race as him or a skinny women

It sucks ××× always having to drive to the hub store to get parts but understand ever store cant have everthing i need

I ordered a lug wrench and jack handle for my Tacoma. $38.99 for the parts. $27 for 2 day shipping. I received my box(yes box complaint #2) a day late. I understand the virus has made things difficult right now. But, if you can't deliver in 2 days don't say you can. Nor should you charge for it! I recieved an EMPTY BOX!! Paid $68 for air!! I'm waiting on a refund. Not expecting to get it!! Found what I was looking for at another store up the road. I paid $110 so far for a $38.99 part. Save yourself a lot of heartache. Go else where.

The website did not allow me to order a part because it could not find my address. Sure, I understand that. I called she took my order over the phone: horrible quality, repeated numbers back and forth multiple times, eventually had to use my spanish to get all the numbers right, and then I never received my confirmation email. The order number she gave me did not work. Then I called back after 4 hours still not seeing my email or being able to use the order number, I was on the line for half an hour, then I had to leave. What a waste of time.

Worst Customer Service EVER! I wanted to support our local AutoZone store but Dave, the Manager convinced me to NEVER shop there again. I ordered an Alternator on Sunday, even though Advance had one in stock, simply to honor a good initial experience with Dave and his diagnosis of a bad Alternator. A promised Monday delivery was then turned into a promised Tuesday delivery (a nice call on Monday morning). Not hearing anything on Tuesday, I stopped by after work. Dave greeted me with a "sucks to be you" attitude and told me that the order was mysteriously lost. His only solution was to drive 40 minutes more to another store or hope another day or two might help make the ordered part mysteriously appear. Then, to add insult to injury, Dave backed out of a promise to honor Advance's discount coupon (even though I had followed his instructions to print it and deliver it), saying they never honor competitor online coupons. A paltry offer of 10% off is laughable, given that online AutoZone offers 20% off the same Alternator. So, I ordered the Alternator from Advance and will pick it up tomorrow morning, paying less than I would have at AutoZone. Lesson learned, cancel my AutoZone Rewards account and NEVER shop there again.

As a former employee I am trying to receive my W 4 which I never received in the mail. I cannot log into my account because I was taken out of the system. No one at the store can help me. I tried to contact 1 800 help us 1 . The selection for W4s was option three. When selected it said it was invalid option. I tried to contact payroll as instructed i was on the phone for over a 45 minutes on hold. To no avail .All I would like to do is file my taxes.

Don’t buy a Battery from this place. Bought one less than 2 years ago, died within 9 months so they replaced it for free, the 2 Nd one died after 7 months but this time they wouldn’t replace it. They said their warranty is only good for the 1st replacement & would not replace another one. Before anyone thinks it’s due to anything wrong with my car. NO. I had it tested & it has dead cells. This batteries are junk & their warranty is even worse.
