I transported my car from the Washington DC metro area to California. This process was smooth and easy. The driver picked my car up in the Washington metro area. Nine days later my car arrived in California as promised in the same condition as I sent it. I would recommend this auto transport service to anyone. I am very satisfied with the price and level of service I received.

This was our first time to hire an auto transport service. Direct Express Auto Transport did a great job making the whole process very easy. Kept us up-to-date on when it would be picked up and when it would arrive. Thanks!

Frank Hager of Lindsey Delivery Service of North Carolina did a great job of picking up my vehicle from Long Island and delivering it to North Carolina promptly even when the address was not on his GPS , A BIG THANKYOU TO HIM, for everything!

Once I did my booking got the pick up appointment in 5 days. The transporter was professional to call and confirmed the time which was on time and as mentioned they informed in 3 days will be delivered and they were able to make up on time. I was happy with the service both the direct auto and the carrier offered and would like to choose them in guture. Even the quote I got was pretty affordable. Thanks again.

I needed to ship a car that I purchased in Long Island, NY to South Carolina. I also wanted to have it shipped in an enclosed transport because the car was in pristine condition and is regarded as a collector's edition. A carrier was found very quickly and the delivery was ahead of the estimated date. The service was very professional and communications between Direct Express, the carrier, and myself was excellent. I was continuously informed of the status of the shipping. I would definitely use them again.

My brother shipped me two older cars from Denver to Oklahoma City. Took less than 24 hours for the cars to be delivered after the pickup. Driver was very courteous. Very easy transaction - entirely online and I didn't have to call anyone.

We had to change our pickup date, and fortunately several truckloads were leaving our region that week, so the carrier was able to reschedule our load without a problem. The driver was skilled and professional, and we made sure he had the contact phone numbers for us and for our agent. After watching him load, we gave him half a gratuity and he got another half on delivery. We chose a trusted relative for our agent, and we sent the payment in money orders, overnight, so he had it in hand on delivery. The destination address was in a narrow street, so we agreed to unload in a nearby shopping center parking lot. We chose an open trailer, not enclosed, so as expected the cars needed a good wash on arrival. Be aware that the driver may need to reduce your tire pressures so there is more clearance and less bounce on the road, so check and re-inflate the tires immediately. Our cars arrived without a scratch. Good job! We would choose Direct Auto Express again without hesitation.

It was a pleasure to deal with Direct Express and Kelly. I had contact with many unsavory car transport brokers before getting in touch with Direct Express. All other contacts were pushy, misleading, or unprofessional. Kelly was professional and personable. Received a transport truck acceptance in 24 hrs and pickup and delivery went very smoothly. Highly recommend this transport broker
