Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

Our experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was fast and easy. No issues at all. The scheduling process was painless working with Ashley over the phone. I even changed my pick-up times twice with no issues. Not only that, but the car was delivered a day earlier than we had expected. I would highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone looking for car transport service!

I had a very pleasant experience shipping my car with Direct Express Transport. My car was assigned to a trucking company very quickly and the price was straight forward with no hidden fees or prolonged bargaining. I was very pleased by the communication and timeliness of my driver as he gave me door to door service in residential areas and was even a day early. My BMW arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or problems at all. I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to any of my friends.

Having to fill out these on-line forms is sometimes exercise in futility. This was the second time in 3 months that I had to transport vehicles and after much searching and filling out online forms I decided on Direct Express not only for their price but for their quick and professional manner in which they responded. I received photographs of the cars before they were loaded and once they were loaded. This extra effort on the driver's behalf showed courtesy by a company employee. When the cars arrived again more photographs. What next a GPS tracker or a live camera view of the trip? It may only be a car but they treated at has though they were a member of the family. Kudos to Direct Express.

It has very good experience to use Direct Express Auto Transport for arranging the my car shipment. I ordered online for price that will give 2-3 days waiting time before any shipping company contact me. But I was contacted next day and my car was picked up on the same day. They delivered my car after I arrived at destination. During transit I have changed the shipping address they positively responded and delivered the car at my work place. If I re-locate again definitely I use Direct Express Auto Transport.

Having never used a car transport company, let alone an open carrier I was a little worried about the condition the minivan might be in when it arrived at it's destination. My worries quickly disappeared when it arrived looking as good as when it left. While the driver was a bit difficult to understand and seemed to be in a rush to move on (both at the pick up and destination sites) he did a great job delivering our minivan to Colorado from New Jersey in 3 days and in great condition. I would easily recommend Direct Express to a friend and would use it again in a heartbeat.

This experience was very awesome..people were very helpful and detail w my order ...the cars were deliver on time and the price was the best around Orange county.

Start to finish, Direct Express Auto Transport did an excellent job facilitating the shipping of my Subaru Outback from Minnesota to California. Their online interface was well-organized and detailed. Their pick-up-the-phone customer service was refreshingly thorough, and the particular haulers that they like to use are trustworthy and dependable. I've personally made a note to myself to use this group again if I ever have to ship a vehicle.
