Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

I had the greatest experience having a car I purchased in Wisconsin shopped to my home in Connecticut The price was extremely reasonable , the process quick and easy beginning with my conversation with Nicole, the representative that placed my order up until my car was delivered. My car was treated very well and delivered on time I would recommend this transporter to anyone needing to ship a carThe driver was also extremely friendly and kept me updated as to delivery time Fantastic experience

The entire process was streamlined into a low-stress, high-quality car shipping experience. Even with the unforeseeable problems that arose (truck broke down) and inclement weather across the midwest-new england, i got my truck home earlier than expected.

This was a very easy transaction. Contacted Direct Express Auto Transport my car from Michigan to California. Within 24 hours the car was assigned and pickup was arranged. We were able to meet at a convenient location due to our small residential streets. The transport driver was timely and alerted me of his planned arrival time. The transport was equally smooth on the other end. The vehicle arrived a day early. Very satisfied customer.

My experience was extraordinary from the first phone call through delivery. Everyone was polite and professional. A great experience from start to finish!

Great service. Driver was great was early and accommodating. Arrived early as well. Couldn’t have asked for better service. This was two of my vehicles shipped with this company and will use again soon for more.

I recently tried Direct Express Auto Transport for the first time when shipping a vehicle from Texas to California. By far this was the easiest and most seamless shipping experience I have had to date. The entire process was handled online and via email, led by rep Jessie. All went incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate being kept up to speed throughout the process. The transport company that was assigned (Rapid Transport) was very professional, punctual. Overall the entire process exceeded my expectations. Thank you Direct. 232707

I am so impressed with Express Direct Auto Transport! The customer service was excellent as I had lots of questions and some logistic challenges. The driver who showed up was courteous and communicative.
