I HAD TO DO A BUSINESS TRIP WHERE I HAD TO HIT MANY LOCATIONS AND VENDORS THROUGHOUT VARIOUS STATES. I HAD TO PLAN ON HOW TO DO THIS WITHOUT FLYING ALL OVER THE PLACE. MY FINAL DESTINATION WAS FLORIDA. SO I HAD A BRAIN STORM DRIVE ON A BUSINESS ROAD TRIP STARTING FROM JANUARY 19 2015 AND HEAD TO MY FINAL DESTINATION. WHICH IS FLORIDA I SEARCHED CAR CARRIER TRANSPORTS WITH AN ENCLOSED TRAILER TO SHIP MY VEHCILE THAT IS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE BACK TO MY RESIDENCE IN NYC. I LIKED THE REVIEWS AND PRICING OF THIS COMPANY AND I AM GLAD I CHOSE WISELY NOT ONLY THE PRICE WAS RIGHT BUT ON JANUARY 29 2015 THE ENCLOSED TRAILER SHOWED UP AT MY FLORIDA RESIDENCE WHERE I LOADED MY VEHICLE TO SEND BACK TO NYC THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND IT WAS FAST AND RELIABLE I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN WITH CONFIDENCE! MY VEHICLE MADE IT BACK BEFORE I DID I FINISHED UP MY BUSINESS IN FLORIDA WHERE I RETURNED TO NYC BY AIRLINE

VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION, GREAT COMMUNICATION, I SHOULD HAVE USED THEM AGAIN FOR THE RETURN, BUT USED ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED PASSAGE AUTO TRANSPORT ONLY BECAUSE THEY CALLED ME ON A SUNDAY, THIS OTHER COMPANY ( PASSAGE) DID THE BAIT AND SWITCH, ANOTHER $75 AT DELIVERY,,,,,I WISH I HAD STUCK WITH DIRECT EXPRESS, THEY ARE EXCELLENT AND DON'T RIP YOU OFF THE COST WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED,,,,PLEASE USE DIRECT EXPRESS AND HAVE NO WORRIES, VERY UPFRONT AND HONEST!

Excellent service and made my life easy with the accurate shipping needs.

I used Direct Express for the second time to ship a car from CA to IL. They were quick to pick up and fast to deliver, despite a large winter storm to hit the midwest.

The whole experience was positive. They sent me instructions via email describing how the process would be unfolding. However I did call to make sure things were happening behind the scenes and indeed they were. I thought the price was adequate, I did not have time to shop around or look for cheaper prices. The car was delivered clean and a day early. Overall I feel satisfied with their service.

This company is fantastic. Everything on time no delay at all. I got my car in timely manner therefore, I would highly suggest to go with this company. Thank you Direct Express Auto Transport .

I had to move from Texas to Illinois for job, so instead of driving, I had my car shipped with direct express auto transport. They had great customer service, fair rates, and got my car to its destination quickly and with no damage.

Direct auto transport was the second transport company I tired when shipping my vehicle from Texas to California. The first company never returned my calls or quite requests. Ashley and her team from direct auto transport were the exact opposite. Phone calls are always answered in a timely manner, their exemplary customer service is apparent over the phone and special attention was paid to our circumstance that required extra forms and power of attorneys.
