Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

After thoroughly searching the web for the least expensive company to transport my Jeep from freezing Minnesota to sunny California, I found Direct Express Auto Transport. I called them after getting their quote on-line and they gave me the same low quote over the phone. Jessica wasn't very friendly but was processional and to the point. I paid my deposit and although I was warned my car may not get assigned or picked up by a carrier (depending on how far-off the bitten path my car was) it was assigned to a carrier and picked up the next day bcz I was near a large city. I was notified when my car was picked up and their delivery date was on the same date as it was estimated to be delivered. Would definitely use these folks again.

I have fulfilled what they promised me. the vehicle arrived in time. the price was fair. I attended in my language (Spanish)

Very easy to arrange transport and communication throughout entire process was excellent. Once the order was placed, the carrier was arranged and the car was picked up on the first day it was available and arrived one day earlier than scheduled. On top of the excellent service, the price was the lowest among the several quotes that I received

Placed order, they called me back same day with pick up day. For drop, instead of dropping it off late night, driver arranged drop off for 1st thing in the am. Son got there 1 evening, early next morning, car was delivered.

We requested our first available pick-up date to be on a Friday and on Wednesday we received and email stating pick-up would be on Saturday. On Friday morning, the driver called us stating he would be available for pick-up after lunch time that day. My wife had to be at work so he was willing to work around me accommodating that. He delivered on Tuesday and stayed in communication throughout the entire transport. Our two vehicles were not damaged, they were just dirty from the trip.

Hello. I'd like to share my experience to deliver my car. I delivered my car that is Sonata from Texas to Arizona. I used direct express auto company second time. Because this company services great, fast and safety. This time also I am very satisfied to deliver my car. They pick up on time and also deliver on time. Truck driver is also very kind. He unloaded car and delivered comfortable location. I really recommend this company for delivery car services. Thank you for your great services.

would recommend to anyone looking to move a car. On time and flexible if need be.

Ordered online Wednesday, car was picked up Friday, and delivered 1000 miles away by Thursday. Everything was done online and I only spoke to the driver. Overall, my best experience with a shipper and driver out of 6 shipments. Order number 149370.
