This is the first time I shipped a car and didn't really know what to expect. I found the Direct Express website extremely informative. I like to reward companies that help me in that way by giving them my business but I was shipping from Illinois to Florida and the quote I got from Direct Express was $754. For that kind of money I thought it best to get another quote. I checked with another company and their quote was a couple of hundred dollars more. Also, this other company's process just felt less straightforward and transparent. I didn't do any other shopping and went with Direct Express. They picked up my car within one day of when I had it available. The driver was very flexible on pickup time and kept me informed on exactly when he would get the car. The same was true on the delivery end. Also, he was very careful loading and unloading the car and it arrived timely. As I said, I didn't do much price shopping so I'm not an authority on that, but I don't know how the service could have been any better.

Direct Express handled the request professionally and assigned pick-up in a very prompt manner.. No complications recorded and arrived to final destination ahead of time.

The team of drivers were cordial, thorough and detailed in the explanation of their services and planned itinerary. They delivered as described at times that were appropriate and convenient. The process could not have been more stress free.

Overall communication with the company was excellent, I will definitely use this service in the future if I decide to move a long distance again.
