I had good experience with the shipping of my car, the process is clean and simple. The driver kept me updated on his arrival, and he is flexible with times if needed.

Quick and totally painless
The process of shipping my car went much smoother than I had expected and the driver was able to get the car halfway across the country in just three days. I highly recommend these folks and if I have to ship it again then I'll be using Direct Express.

HELLO YOUR SERVICE WAS GREAT, I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPING COMPANY, AND WILL USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN. I WAS ASSIGNED A DELIVERY TRUCK ALMOST WITHIN AN HOUR AFTER PLACING MY ORDER.. NOW THAT'S SUPER FAST.. THE DRIVER CALLED AND ARRANGED PICK-UP WITH THE SELLER. I HAD MY VEHICLE WITHIN THE NEXT DAY , RIGHT ON SCHEDULE.. THANKS! ALSO THE DRIVER TOOK PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE MY VEHICLE ARRIVED WITH NO DAMAGE.. I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPIER. THANKS!

Quick car shipping
My order number was 195871 and my main customer service representative was Jessie. I received my car very quickly and in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again to transport my car.

Great Service!

Easy
We needed to ship our Toyota Truck from CA to NE. It was easy. Sarah was very friendly & helpful. The driver contacted us the day before to let us know his schedule for pick-up day. He called us the day of pick-up to give us update of his arrival time. He was just as good at delivery. Very easy transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to end
Jessie was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions. The driver assigned to me was also curious and made sure to meet me for deliver at my requested time. All aspects of the process were quick and smooth. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone in need of auto transportation.
