I had a very positive experience with Direct Express Auto Transport from start to finish. I was hesitant about choosing a transport company to ship my car and was wary of being overcharged for the service. However, a friend had recommended Direct Express to me and I found them to be highly professional, reliable, and friendly. Their prices are fair and I did not feel like they were pushing me to upgrade for an expedited service that I personally did not need. Dina patiently explained the process and answered all of my questions over the phone, and I appreciated the email communication letting me know the status of the shipment. My car arrived safely and in the same condition as it was picked up— it even got to me a day earlier than estimated. Definitely recommend Direct Express!

Effortless signup after request for quote...Their quote was less,plus my Miata dealer recommended them. The car was picked up and San Francisco... HUGE truck on those city streets,but the drivers managed.. They were very cheery and even fun! That was Tuesday .On SATURDAY they were in Gloucester Mass where I live...FOUR DAYS COAST TO COAST... I got my vehicle in the same condition I dropped off with any damage or scratches. I highly recommend this service for transportation. Furthermore, the customer service representative Jessie, and she was very helpful for providing required information.

I received help quickly and all of my questions were answered in detail. The only problem I had was thinking I did not receive a confirmation email, but I later realized it was sent to my spam folder. Other than that, the process was quick and effortless.
