I have been shopping online for the most professional transportation company out there until I came across Direct Express Auto Transport, rite from the beginning they were very professional with their communication as well as being very competitive with pricing, my vehicle was shipped form NY to CA. The pick-up date was accurate as well as the delivery date. Nevertheless the car arrived the same way I dropped it (in great shape) not one scratch, I highly recommend using this company and I will be for sure using them again as well as sharing the good word with all the friends and family.

Jessie and everyone at Direct Express took amazing first class care of me. Always there to answer questions and they were always the right answers. Moving my new Honda Ridgeline from PA to AZ could not have been easier. Paper Impex USA Inc. (the assigned carrier) was meticulous in inspecting my truck upon pickup and could not have been friendlier. Do not expect any communications after your vehicle is picked up. Be patient as it may have been #1 not #8 it will arrive. My only issue is that I did not get any heads up to the arrival so it was lucky I was there. I guess he would have just waited.

Ive used Direct Express a few times, they are ALWAYS on the money, no issues. This time one wouldnt start before pickup, for a very fair price, driver worked hard and creatively to get the vehicle loaded and unloaded in a no-start condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
