This was my second time shipping a car, and by far a much better experience all the way around. My car shipped immediately the following day after booking through Direct Express, and then arrived just 3 days later (a cross-country trip). The driver delivered the car just 3 minutes from my house, where I requested. I did have questions prior to booking, and their customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly, which sealed the deal for me. There are so many to chose from, but when they answered their customer service line right away and answered all my questions I was sold. Great job and thank you!

There's so many options to ship a car nowadays so it's hard got choose. I really did my homework on this company and I'm so happy to say the experience was great. The driver was super nice, friendly and flexible. The car arrived with no problems whatsoever and was right on time. I would say skip all of the other companies and chose this one!

Good communication. Some changes in pickup and delivery time windows a couple times by driver, but driver did keep us updated. My Silverado was picked up Friday evening in California and arrived late Monday night in Texas. Truck received in same condition it left California. Good experience, would use Direct again. (Order# 223483 and customer service representative was Jessie.)
