Please note that, and as explained when booking your order, all decisions regarding additional charges for personal items are made solely at the carrier’s discretion. While we coordinate the transport, we do not determine how weight is assessed. If the carrier deems the items to exceed 100 lbs, they may apply an additional fee. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you all the best moving forward.
