They ordered wrong parts as I had specific name and numbers !! I think they hire dropouts !! called back 10 mins later to let them know that wrong parts were ordered and they said it was too late to cancel !! REALLY !! They sent them and I received them 7 days later !! wow !! how fast !! then called them to get them to return and pick up and they told me that they were not going to charge me for returning them !! Really !! how nice of them since they were putting me out !! this company is a BIG JOKE !! Don't know how they stay in Business !! Run as fast as you can !!

I have bought a pair of wiper blades but it was delivered to me only driver's side..they have cancelled the other item (passenger's side) without any notice...I guess they are expecting me to replace just the one I have received and the other I buy from someplace else...wait..I can buy both from some place else...that's right..that's what I'm going to do...because I'm customer an my money is accepted everywhere I just need to be respected and they need to know what they are doing.. Customer Support took me over 15 minutes to tell me all the details that I could read right on my email invoice...when I asked here why she was telling all the information I already knew she answers me - " Sr. I'm trying to help you...." CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?????????

My recent order started off well. I ordered my EGR Valve early Thursday morning, and paid to have it overnighted so that I could receive it by the weekend and change the part out. I began tracking my order and the following day my part still had not shipped. I did not to receive my overnight package until 4 days later on Monday which ruined my plans to change it over the weekend. They realized that the error was on their end and refunded my order. I spent my Monday evening removing my EGR Valve only to find out that I received the incorrect part. Now I was at a loss. I had to special order and overnight the part from my local autopart store so that I would not have to miss more than one unplanned day of work to install the new part. Upon trying to do a return with customer service they wanted to charge me a a restocking fee and I would be responsible to pay for shipping as well. I felt this was uncalled for since it was an error on the website as I input all of my vehicle information correctly. They said that I sent a link for them to view which clearly showed that the website guided me to purchase the incorrect part. after a 20 minute delay they came back and said that the website said it would not fit my vehicle, which it did not say previously, and now to my surprise the website now correctly guided me to the correct part when inputting my vehicle information. After 45 minute of dealing with customer service they agreed to waive the restocking fee and would not be willing to to pay for shipping. In the end I feel that they should have taken care of their website error and not blamed me and wasted over an hour of my time trying to process a return. I will not be shopping here again, and would suggest that you find a better online retailer for your auto part purchase.

I recently ordered two front strut kits for my Mazda 3. Each one has a different part number for the left and right sides. They shipped one immediately, but waited two days to tell me that the other one was out of stock. This was a major annoyance for me, but was forgivable. I kept checking the tracking number of the shipped package, but it was not found in the FedEx database after five days. I contacted them and the said they gave me the wrong tracking information and sent me a new number. I then checked this and found out the the package had been stuck at the FedEx depot for five days because APW had failed to attach the proper paperwork to the package. I live in Canada and a full invoice is a basic requirement for it to pass customs. At this point I just wanted my money back. I contacted APW again and they arranged to have the package returned to their warehouse. However, they would not issue my refund until the part was back in their hands and had been inspected. They were essentially guaranteeing the value of the part with my money despite the fact that it never came within 3000 miles of my door. The worst part is that the customer service agent would not admit that that is what they were doing. She repeatedly stepped around my point until I gave up. I have never been so infuriated with a company. They have zero interest in keeping customers and are totally incompentent in the warehouse. I don't know how they are still in business. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had in over a decade of buying online. Do not do business with them.

I have ordered almost every part I have ever needed for my 2002 Chevy Impala, and AutoPartsWarehouse.com has been spot on! Prices are great! Customer service is excellent and the website is just all around an amazing place to purchase your auto parts!

i was on the phone with their representative for over an hour making sure they had the correct part for me, It had been an issue finding the correct part due to the fact I have a rare limited model vehicle. But they insured me they had to correct part so placed the order and was emailed with confirmation a few minutes later. Immediately up upon receiving the confirmation email I looked up the part number listed in the email and saw that it was not the part I needed. So I immediately called them back and told them the situation and informed them that they would be sending me the wrong part. I told them I would just like to cancel the order completely. My card had not been charged yet the order had not been shipped yet, so I told them just to cancel it all and forget about it. They insured me that I would not be charged, the item would not be shipped and that everything was canceled. Two hours after that phone call I received another email from them saying that my card had been charged and that the item was shipped! I called back to see what was going on and why they charged me even though I canceled the order. I demanded to speak to a supervisor but they said no supervisors were available. They said just to ship the package back once I receive it. That was over a week ago I have still not received item. if I have not received item I cannot return it to get my refund. So basically I just lost $150. Read the reviews on other sites about this place, there's literally hundreds of people that they've scammed

After several orders with this company it seems to be the trend that the don't really know what they are doing. The have shipped the wrong part more than once and no one likes spending hours talking to customer service when they would rather be installing a part that should be here. Not to mention one time I received someone else's part and they received mine, not worth wasting your time to save $5 and incure nothing but hassle, if I want to gamble I have better odds at the casino than whether or not the right part will come today.

WRONG PARTS! CHARGING ME SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I order rotors online that said they were an exact fit for my car, which they were not. Bolt patter was right but they were way too small, pads hung off of rotors. THEY TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET ME TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE AND TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THEM BACK! I have been trying for weeks to get my money back. Eventually they told me I didn't have to pay shipping or restocking and they would send me a shipping label. Shipping label never came. Contacted them again and they sent it. Now my refund comes back and the restocking fee has been charged to me again. Talk to customer service once again and they tell me it is my fault which is why the fee is on there. Now supposedly they are going to wave the fee in another week but I will believe it when I see it. Worst company I have ever dealt with, I wouldn't use them again in a million years. Because of this I have to pay to have my brakes fixed twice because the person had to put them back together while I got the right parts (from a different company) IF YOU CAN'T TRUST THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT PARTS, AND YOU ARE NOT GUARENTEED A FULL REFUND IF THEY ARE WRONG WHY WOULD YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
