good prices and reasonably quick shipping, but I have a wholesale account and need to submit a resale certificate EVERY TIME I PURCHASE, and the fight for the sales tax exemption. Why dont you keep my info on file like every other company I do business with? In addition, when you call customer support you get a foreigner that speaks crappy english EVERY TIME. Why cant an American company hire Americans?

I ordered parts in the past it’s good but when I’m sending core or wrong parts back it cost too much. So it’s good to receive but no good to send back because of shipping cost.

The selection is good, the prices are good, the discounts are a jokebecause they don't apply to the items I purchase..MY BIGEGEST COMPLAINT IS THE PACKAGING - THE ITEM IS PUT INTO A BOX WITH SOME FORM OF CUSHION HOWEVER IT IS TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE, FOR EXAMPLE, IF I PUT A CARTON OF EGGS INTO A BOX THE SIZE OF A CAR TIRE AND THEN TOSSED A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IN AS PROTECTIVE PACKING... TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE . THE PACKING MATERIAL HAS TO SURROUND THE ITEM TO PROTECT IT. TRAIN YOUR SHIPPING STAFF! YOU ARE USING THE BOXES AND THE PACKING MATERIALS BUT YOU ARE NOT TRAINING THE PEOPLE HOW TO DO IT RIGHT. YOUR WELCOME

I've made several purchases from Auto Parts Warehouse and never an issue. Good pricing, customer service and timely shipments. However, their billing policy is not one I can get on board with. on my last order, the total amount was debited from my account (or put on hold, as customer service says) to confirm sufficient funding. Parts are shipped from various warehouses and each warehouse debited the cost of whatever part it was shipping. To date, they debited my account 6 times. Meanwhile, the amount placed on hold is still unavailable to me. Customer service says the hold was released, my bank says otherwise. My money is being held hostage until the entire order is shipped. My account is very well funded, so I'm not concerned. I can't condone this practice and will be returning the parts has they arrive and will no longer patronize Auto Parts Warehouse. This policy may affect those on a tight budget and unable to have funds frozen for any amount of time.

I ordered a door handle for my 2009 Hyundai Sonata, the part was guaranteed to fit, it didn't. The back end of the handle was different. The hole for the screw didn't line up so I had to use the one off the old door handle which is a different color. The handle did work.
