I bought this device 2 weeks ago and I was told it would be delivered in two to three days. The item is the J2534 passthru reprogramming device. The website shows that the device is the newest wireless device available and that is not what I received. Aside from you sending me the wrong device, it took two weeks to get delivered to my house when I needed it in those two to three days. Other websites sell this same model I was send for a cheaper price and I did not receive what I paid for.

Hello Alberto As we discussed prior to you ordering, the J-Box you ordered was a special order and had to be drop shipped from manufacturer. I told you I couldn't give you a time frame. Normally, when products are in stock, they ship within 2-3 days. This product changed within 24 hours to the new version. it is an upgraded product. Instead of the antenna outside of the J-box, it is built in. The reason why they came out with a different version is because there were many issues with the antenna built outside. Alberto, we have been upfront and honest with you. All we sell is US versions, the cheaper products are not US versions. We gave you an option to return for the full amount, and you refused. Customer service is our top priority as you can see our score on our website. We try to make all of our customers happy. Thank you

Best thing I ever bought
