Kenneth, Our website clearly states - estimated shipping for every Tuxedo product and any extra freight costs like a residence fee are stated on our shipping policy. We call the customer before processing an online order, for offloading and if we need to collect more freight and or other fees. We try to provide the least expensive freight costs and that is why we do it this way because we can not assume every online order will be a residential delivery. In the future if you would like to order from us and get all the costs up front please give us a call and a sales representative will be more than happy to help you.
