I should have read the reviews first. This has been one of the worst buying experiences ever. In 2025 there's no reason something should be marketed and sold and take 6 weeks to arive, unless it's coming on the slow boat from China. Nov 25th I ordered LED grill lights for my truck from these guys because in all appearances they seemed legit, far better quality than what to can find on Amazon or ebay, so I purchased what was an in stock item. Shipping stated it would send in 1-2 business days. Within a week I got the wiring harness for plug and play. 5 weeks later and I still haven't gotten the lights. I checked the order link and after a few weeks it stated that the label was created for shipping but there was nothing to ship yet. After emails back and fourth they informed me that this was not coming from China and are built here in the US(Bullshit)and that the would find out why there was a label but no shipment. After a few more days the shipping link finally showed the package had been received by UPS and is now in transit but it will take 2 weeks to get to Washington from Florida. At this point, I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, get my money back and move on. I'm not going to cancel my order like some of you, I'm going to let them fight Visa, not me. I have no faith tar what is coming will actually be the lights I ordered. For all I know we are finding the Taliban on domestic soil and a box of nothing will show up with just enough weight in it to make it look like a shipment. Do not buy from a small company with no phone number. The BS they posted in another review is false. I have a small business and it lives and dies by customer interaction. People still want to talk to people. Copy and paste email is insufficient. Do better Auto LED Tech.

A shipping label may be generated in advance as part of our fulfillment process, even if the carrier has not yet physically received the package. Unfortunately SDG is running way behind in production due to the holiday rush. We do not build these, SDG does. You immediately received the harness (which came from Starkey) but the grill lights shipped at a later date, separately - because SDG had not built and shipped it out yet because they are running behind on production. Comparing us to the Taliban because SDG is running behind on producing your grill bar is absolutely hilarious. I just checked your tracking number and looks like SDG printed the label on 12/16 but did not drop the package off At ups until the 23rd. It shows that it should be delivered to you on 1/5. Again, this ships directly from SDG because they are the ones that build these. UPS is showing delays as well due to the holiday rush. Here is your tracking number: 1Z80F9190336591512
