Good prices and workmanship but my 3pm appointment turned into 2.25 hours before my vehicle even moved and 3.5 hours before complete. That's a long time sitting on hard chairs. Lucky to get 4 stars.

Great price. I would have given them 5 stars but there was a problem with the replacement glass being scratched and I ended up being there almost an hour and half later than originally anticipated waiting for another replacement. Aside from that I was impressed with the finished product.

They worked me to get a windshield replaced very quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pricing was lower than other places I checked.

I would give 5 or 10 but i'm giving 4.5 out of 5. Mary Anne was wonderful! Great customer service on her part and she took care of me immediately. She even gave me a discount which was great. The problem came in when I came in and had another young lady help us. She was not welcoming, no smile nothing. She stayed in her chair and looked we were bugging her comfort. Meanwhile Mary Ann was running all over the place. Other than that I will recommend you guys. Please train this other lady on how to treat your customers. It doesn't look good on the face of your awesome business! I hope this helps. Other than that great service though! Get Mary Ann a raise! ;)

There is still glass in door but everything else is outstanding

Personnel Staff was very courteous and polite. The experience was good, and the work was done quick and efficient. I will be returning to take my other vehicle there for a windshield replacement, and I would recommend them to others for service as well.

Waiting for my truck to go back took a while but once it was back service was fast
