PRO: This establishment is A W E S O M E. I have a tendency to lock my keys in my car and was out of town, forcing me to have to break my window. Safelite quoted me such an insane amount so I continued to search and found Auto Glass Now. The staff was so professional, did not buckle under the pressure of upset customers, and quoted me a price that was heaven sent lol. The business speaks for itself because the two hours I was there, that phone rung off the hook. Every call was answered with professionalism and the techs moved non-stop to get the job done. They frequently came inside to thank us for our patience. Little things matter so much. HALEY was soooooooo dope ! Courteous, voice projected, attentive, and wasn’t afraid to throw on the gloves to help the technicians who were down one technician. That is what I call work ethic. MICKIE was sooooooo dope ! She was four days in, and demonstrated to every customer that she cared, was understanding, and made eye contact every time we conversed (that’s important) The technician wrapped my window so beautifully. I wish I could provide pictures. CON: I looked forward to having my glass changed today but was informed at the end of my two hours that the glass carrier missed my glass and could not be fixed until Monday. I would like to have thought that they would have known that a little earlier than 2 hours, but it’s all love. Don’t stress the small things. The weather will be nice, I live in a respectful neighborhood, I can still make it to work and they worked with my schedule because I work full time and Haley also gave me an inconvenience offer. She won me. Auto glass won me. Mickie is in good hands here. Blessings
