Quality workmanship

In the course of two months, I unfortunately broke my windshield and then my back glass. For the windshield I went to Auto Glass Now's nationally known glass service competitor and received good, but pricey service. When the rear glass broke, I received quotes from AGN and the other national competitor. AGN was half the price. I was able to get a next day appointment. The location on Princess Anne Road is hectic but efficient. I was greeted after walking in by one employee and handled shortly thereafter by Lindsey, who was very pleasant. The job was done in the 1.5 hours they promised and, again, at half the price of the competitor. Both AGN and the competitor provided good service, however I would not hesitate to return to AGN for the value. One issue though is the online quote feature. I received an immediate email saying it had been received and would be responded to shortly. I never received a response to it. If you use AGN (and you should) definitely give them a telephone call versus the online quote feature.

My experience wasn’t as expected but for what it’s worth they had great customer service. Josh went beyond to ensure my QX80 was completed and always very nice. Great experience overall. Thanks Josh for everything

They did a great, prompt job, and were fairly quick. Well worth the $200 savings from Safelite's estimate (they wanted $400 to replace the rear window!).

Would give 5 stars but was told to be there at 1230 on and car did not move until 1330. Tech was friendly as was office staff. Appears to be good job at good cost.

Glass install was great need larger waiting room. And more comfortable chairs. Only 6 chairs and it took about 3 in a half hours
