In November 2021 I had my wind shield replaced at Auto Glass Now. In April of 2022 I took my car to my mechanic for some work, one of which was to find out how water was getting into my car. He discovered water coming in through the heater box, windshield cowl panel not in proper location and mounting nuts missing. Clearly an inept installer. I asked to be compensated not for entire job ($220+) but something. My mechanic pumped out about 4 gallons of water, underneath floor, nothing I could see. The manager said I should have read the warranty--they do not reimburse but fix it. My mechanic fixed it. I paid for it to be fixed. Not willing to give me anything but a $16 discount should I ever get a chipped windshield! I didn't get so much as an apology. My husband and I have had 4 windshields replaced there in the last 3 years, plus he sent 3 of his kids. No more. Auto Glass Now will not go under without our business but I will not hesitate to share my experience when the opportunity arises.

I wish I would have looked things over. The trim running along the top of my truck and down the windshield was not put back in properly. The just folded it over the top of the windshield and now is sticking way away from the vehicle. My windshield also vibrates at any speed over 45 mph. Horrible work service was OK but took a long time to get paperwork done.

Repare mi parabrisas con ellos y me dijeron q el sensor de los limpiaparabrisas no lo iban a instalar porq el parabrisas q ellos tenian no tenia esa opción, y yo acepte, pero resulta q el sensor no solamente era para eso era de las luces y ahora no tienen luces llame para ver como solucionaban eso q si necesitaba comprar otra pieza o se necesitaba cambiar todo el parabrisas y solamente el manager qm me atendio empezo a gritarme histerico y a faltarme al respeto la verdad es el peor servicio al cliente q e recibido en la vida

Had my car Skoda fabia mk2 drivers window smashed but only had third party insurance. Rang auto glass for quote. £570! The car wasn't worth much more. Found window online for £30, fitted myself with no prior experience in under an hour. Profiteering company that preys on vunerable customers. Avoid!

We were contacting my Tony, who works at the Oakland, Ca 94607 location. He requested for us to do a job for him at the LOUISVILLE, KY, 40272 location. We haven't gotten paid since. He hired us January 25th, 2022

If I could place zero stars it would be more appropriate. It took 3 calls to set the appointment. Waited all afternoon and technician did not show. Called the company after scheduled time slot and a lady laughed at me saying it had been rescheduled for 2 days time. No sympathy, no apology. Said technician called but no one had called. Checked my number which they had correctly, so lied about calling. She continued to laugh as I asked for a refund. Incredibly bad service.

We have just had horrible service at our local shop. Three visits! Very unprofessional and dirty office. Only professional one in the office is Emily. Please contact me. We’ve gone as far as we can with the local folks. Thank you.

I had an appointment with Auto Glass Now LLC on Friday, November 5, 2021; when they arrived at my house, they did not have the right material and rescheduled it for Monday, November 8, 2021. I have a cover on my car to keep my car well protected. The boys who were doing the service pulled out the cover car without asking me first and broke the antenna on the car, and the front cover plate because they pulled the cover too hard. Furthermore, they scratched the whole top of the car from placing the material on the top of my car. They said they thought it was plastic and were thinking it was not going to scratch the car. I spoke to the manager Zach H. and said, he did not care, and I need to pay, or he would call the police on me, and he did. The police came and said we would have to take this matter to court and could not force anyone to do anything. I paid the full price for the work because I am loyal and I have integrity. I believe in treating people right and no matter where they are from. I was not trying to get anything for free. I gave Zach H. so call manager he called himself a chance to work with me, but he did not care about what happened to my car or take him to court. Instead, they denied damaging my car. This is my next step taking him and the company to court. I have been discriminated against because of my race and my lack of English because I am not from here. Zack H. was ugly and careless about what happened to my car and called the police on me to make things worse. I've been mistreated poorly this evening; this company and the so call manager Zack H. were so unprofessional, prejudiced, and discriminated against me. I will encourage everyone to go somewhere else to get a better and more professional service and pay extra. Having police to my house and damage my car was unacceptable. They did not care about providing good customer service; they did not care to own what they did or take responsibility; instead, Zach H. called the police on me that was very ugly and disrespectful. I hope you will find this information helpful to prevent being mistreated, judged, and discriminated against like me or have worse done to you.
